In order to celebrate the 36th teachers’ day, Suzhou No.1 High School of Jiangsu Province specially held the theme activity of "carrying forward the spirit of No.1 High School and forging ahead bravely - Celebrating the 36th teachers’ Day". Youth is a thick ink in life, it is destined to be "extraordinary". It needs us to interpret it with heart and wisdom, and it needs us to enrich it with enthusiasm and responsibility. In these ten years of youth, learning confiscates ignorance, smiles confiscates worries, enthusiasm confiscates difficulties, and responsibilities confiscates obligations. Dedication is the premise of love, I love the campus plants, cherish every day here. I regard the tedious tasks as tempering, and the "quarrel" with foreign teachers is the driving force for my progress. I grow up in learning and progress in growth every day. Although often see the child's mischievous will not help "angry", but I am more happy in it. We are grateful to every teacher we meet. They are a light on the road of life. They illuminate our direction in the night of ignorance and chaos. As for how to be a good teacher, Aron is full of emotion.

There is no formula to being an excellent teacher except this:Find your own way to engage your students.For myself,I do my best to engage my students all the time using the following tactics.

Volume:  A strong and authoritative voice makes the students sit up and listen,and shows them that you’re a confident and strong person yourself. People like confidence and strength.

Strictness: Respect is more important than friendship.I make the students respect the rules, then eachother,and respect me.We can never forget that we are in a position of authority over our students.It’s easy to chase popularity,but it’s much harder to earn respect.

Interaction:  Two way communication helps me to interact with my students,and also track which students are progressing,and who is falling behind.

Humour:  Not all content in a class is totally interesting.I therefore try to make it a bit more palatable by including funny stories or jokes in order to liven up the mood.This improves the students attention span and helps with their content retention.

Be myself:  Students know when a teacher isn’t being genuine with them.Much respect is earned by being yourself,and not showing any kind of pretense.

With this in mind,if I was to offer any advice to other teachers who may be struggling in the classroom,I would say that you need to find your own way to be successful.Of course,you may need to experiment with different methods,but finding your own way to teach makes the whole process more intuitive.

The teacher sows with language, cultivates with colored pen; irrigates with sweat and moistens with painstaking efforts; builds a bridge between today and tomorrow, and paves the runway between reality and ideal; with wisdom and perseverance, with life and love, shaping a generation and shaping a great era, the old teacher devoted his whole life to the cause of education.
